You have organized my trip for four sisters to visit Rome, Florence, and
Venice. In particular they were very excited about visiting the Vatican and
you arranged that additional tour for them. I know that if this tour had
gone wrong, the sister group would not have been very satisfied with
their whole trip.
In addition, they were a diverse group. Two had been to Rome before
and two were new to Italy. The oldest was relatively young but was
recovering from foot surgery. She required some flexibility as her
walking could have become restricted.
You handled it all and the clients have continued on after a wonderful
time in Rome.
I cannot tell you how much this professional support means to me. My
livelihood literally depends on it.
